How do you smoke a cigarette?

You sound just like my little sister. I taught her how to smoke when she turned 18 and went out and bought a pack out of the blue, but again I do agree with everyone here too, smoking is bad for you, they do have a warning on the pack. However, I've been doing it for 6 years now and I enjoy it (I'm 23)...my father smoked from the age of 16 to 55 and is perfectly fine (both lungs, throat and mouth are all good and he is 61 now)...and my little sister (who's 20) only smokes when she goes out drinking, which is like once a week.

As long as you are careful with it, smoke in designated smoking areas, and use in moderation...you will be just fine. The way to start off is to inhale slowly with the cigarette in your mouth. Get a little bit of smoke in your mouth and then fully inhale with your lungs. You can do this by either breathing in through your nose or through your mouth. Once you get used to the smoke being in your mouth and hitting the back of your throat you can take larger and larger drags. Eventually you will be able to French inhale, and blow smoke rings but that's advanced user stuff.
